If you become a Setwell client, the specific terms of our working relationship — including pricing, deliverables, timelines, and refund conditions — are set out separately in the service agreement you sign during onboarding, which takes precedence over this page for that relationship.
Who we are
Setwell provides paid-advertising and appointment-setting services for home improvement contractors (kitchen, bathroom, roofing, flooring, and related trades). This website is informational and is how prospective clients learn about our services and book a strategy call.
Using this site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the site
- Interfere with the site's normal operation or security
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, design, graphics, and the Setwell name and logo — belongs to Setwell unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or repurpose it without our written permission.
No guarantee of results
Any results, figures, or timelines mentioned on this site (including appointment counts or launch timelines) describe outcomes we've achieved or aim for and are not a guarantee for every business. Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including your market, trade, pricing, and how quickly leads are followed up on. Specific commitments we make to a client are only those stated in that client's signed service agreement.

This site may link to third-party platforms (for example, Meta/Facebook). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of sites we don't operate.
Limitation of liability
