If you become a Setwell client, the specific terms of our work together, including pricing, deliverables, timelines and the first-month guarantee, are set out in the service agreement you receive during onboarding. That agreement takes precedence over this page.
Who we are
Setwell provides paid advertising, lead qualification, appointment booking and follow-up for home improvement contractors. This website describes our services and lets prospective clients book a strategy call.
Using this site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms
- Scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the site
- Interfere with the site's normal operation or security
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, design, graphics and the Setwell name and logo, belongs to Setwell unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
Results and the guarantee
Results described on this site, such as appointment counts or launch timelines, reflect outcomes we have achieved or work toward. Marketing performance also depends on factors outside our control, including your market, trade, pricing and how quickly appointments are handled. The first-month guarantee applies as described in your signed service agreement.

This site may link to third-party platforms, such as Meta. We aren't responsible for the content, policies or practices of sites we don't operate.
Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Setwell isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Setwell is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
